The College mandates Title IX and Sexual Harassment training for all employees at the time of hire and then annually after that. 在每个学年中, the Title IX Coordinator will provide the college community with additional educational resources. 2018年秋季, 338 individuals at 杰克逊的大学 attended 没有斑马，没有借口 and began the year with positive conversation about everyone’s role in shaping a culture that works to prevent 性侵犯 and support survivors of this heinous crime.
The No Zebras program uses real world situations presented in short video vignettes. The vignettes give examples of 性侵犯, 跟踪, partner violence and harassment in real life environments based upon actual situations. Between each vignette peer educators speak with the audience; addressing behaviors, 加强法律, 和政策, while discussing the actions that could be used to intercede.
